Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Stratamize LLC collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We hold ourselves to it the same way an operator holds the businesses they run to a standard.

1. Who we are

Stratamize LLC ("Stratamize", "we", "us", "our") is a US-based software company headquartered in Newnan, Georgia. We build operator-grade software for businesses that run on hardware and payments: vending, point of sale (POS), CRM, voice AI, and automations. This policy applies to our marketing website and to the products we operate for and on behalf of our operator customers.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal information processed when you visit this website, contact us, request access to become an operator, or otherwise interact with Stratamize. For data we process on behalf of an operator customer (for example, a vending operator's end-customer transaction records), the operator is the controller of that data and their own privacy notice governs its use; we act as a processor under our agreement with them.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details you submit through forms — name, business name, email address, and phone number.
  • The content of messages you send us, including operator-access requests and support inquiries.
  • Business details you choose to share, such as placement, product mix, and number of locations.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical data your browser sends — IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.
  • Essential cookies or similar technologies needed to operate the site and keep it secure.

Information from operating our products

  • Transaction, age-verification, and audit records generated by the platforms we operate, processed on behalf of the relevant operator.
  • Call records and transcripts generated by Voice AI, where that product is in use.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and operator-access requests, and to provide and support our products.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and platform, including audit and fraud-prevention controls.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, age-verification, and payment-compliance obligations.
  • Send you messages you have asked for, including service messages and — only with your consent — text messages described in Section 5.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. SMS / text messaging

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages relating to your operator inquiry or account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help at any time. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing, and mobile information is not sold. 6. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed and only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the business (for example, hosting, communications, and payment processing) under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • Our operator customers, where the data was generated through a product we operate for them.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our platform.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. Payment data & PCI

Our payment surface is built to minimize exposure to cardholder data and to keep the operator's compliance scope tight. Card-present and card payments are handled through PCI-compliant processing partners; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Settlement and reconciliation records are retained as needed to operate the platform and to support disputes and chargebacks.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal and payment-industry obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

9. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data — including access controls, multi-tenant isolation that keeps each operator's data separate, and audit trails by design. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit who can access it.

10. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. You can exercise these choices — and opt out of marketing or text messages at any time — by contacting us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

11. Children's privacy

Our website and products are intended for businesses and adults. Several of the retail channels we serve are age-restricted, and age verification is enforced at the point of sale. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
